Global TCAD Solutions (GTS) is pleased to an­nounce that we will be pres­ent at SEMICON Japan 2026, held De­cem­ber 9–11 at Tokyo Big Sight. We are tak­ing part in the EU Business Hub mis­sion as one of on­ly fif­ty com­pa­nies.

Florian Ellinger, Cus­tom­er Suc­cess Man­ag­er, and Chen-Ming Tsai / 蔡晨明, Gen­er­al Man­ag­er of GTS Taiwan, will rep­re­sent our com­pa­ny.

About Global TCAD Solutions GmbH

GTS is a Eu­ro­pe­an com­pa­ny of sci­en­tists and soft­ware en­gi­neers based in Vienna, Austria. Since 2008, we have been de­vel­op­ing phys­ics-based TCAD soft­ware – from pro­cess sim­u­la­tion and em­u­la­tion to de­vice sim­u­la­tion and de­sign-tech­nol­o­gy co-op­ti­mi­za­tion (DTCO).

Our sim­u­la­tion mod­els are de­vel­oped in close co­op­er­a­tion with re­search part­ners such as imec and TU Wien and are val­i­dat­ed against mea­sure­ment data. GTS staff have con­trib­ut­ed to more than 150 sci­en­tif­ic pub­li­ca­tions, in­clud­ing pa­pers at IEDM, SISPAD, and IRPS and in IEEE Trans­ac­tions on Elec­tron De­vic­es and IEEE Elec­tron De­vice Let­ters.
