New applications: V-NAND transconductance variability, physical simulation of FD-SOI technology
GTS Framework 2018.03 Released
We are happy to announce the release of GTS Framework 2018.03, which is now available for download at MyGTS. New applications include:
- Interface trap models for both VSP & NDS
- Full support for SiGe segments in VSP & NDS
- Speed up by a factor 2 to 3 for FinFET simulation with K•P band-structure
- V-NAND trans-conductance variability
- Physical simulation of FD-SOI technology
