This example demonstrates the mixed-mode simulation capabilities of the GTS Tools with the help of a 6-transistor SRAM cell. With increasing complexity, the model is developed starting from single transistors, moving on with a CMOS inverter, and finally reaching the full SRAM cell, including as much as 400.000 mesh points. Transient analysis of a full logic cycle are carried out, illustrating the performance and versatility of Minimos-NT.
This example was created using GTS Framework Release 2011. Other releases might need adjustments or have slightly different user interfaces.
